⚠️ Coinlio is a portfolio tracking tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency investments involve substantial risk. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
By downloading, installing, or using the Coinlio mobile application ("App") or website at coinlio.app ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Site.
These Terms apply to all users of Coinlio, including free users and paid subscribers. "Coinlio," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Coinlio application and its operators.
Coinlio is a personal cryptocurrency portfolio tracking application for iPhone. It provides tools to manually track cryptocurrency holdings, view market price data, calculate profit and loss, and manage multiple portfolios. Coinlio is a tracking and informational tool only — it is not a wallet, exchange, or financial institution.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Coinlio. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
An account is optional for offline use but required for cloud sync and subscription features. You are responsible for:
You may not create an account on behalf of another person, use someone else's account, or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
Coinlio offers a permanent free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier.
Pro and Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans. All subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store. Coinlio does not collect or store payment information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law or Apple's refund policy.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to use Coinlio to:
Coinlio displays cryptocurrency price data sourced from third-party market data providers. This data is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed in the App.
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. P&L calculations in Coinlio are estimates based on the data you enter and real-time market prices. These are not guaranteed to be accurate for tax, accounting, or investment purposes.
Nothing in Coinlio — including price data, P&L calculations, analytics, portfolio summaries, AI insights, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Coinlio is an informational tool. Investment decisions should be made based on your own research and, where appropriate, the advice of qualified professionals.
All content, features, and functionality of the Coinlio App and Site — including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, logos, and text — are owned by Coinlio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of Coinlio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of the portfolio data you enter into the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINLIO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coinlio and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Coinlio at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App or by emailing support@coinlio.app.
Coinlio integrates with third-party services including Apple (authentication, payments), market data APIs, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or small claims court, as applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Coinlio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
