Sign in to kraken.com on a desktop browser — Kraken only allows full CSV exports from the web, the Kraken mobile app does not have an export feature
From the top menu, go to 'History' and then choose 'Export'
Set the export type to 'Trades' (or 'Ledgers' if you want every balance movement including deposits, withdrawals, and staking rewards)
Pick the date range you want to export. Kraken allows you to export the full account history in one file
Click 'Submit' and wait for the export to finish — it appears in the list below with a 'Download' button when ready
Verify with 2FA if Kraken prompts you, then download the CSV and save it to your device or iCloud Drive
Open Coinlio, tap 'Browse Files', and choose the Kraken CSV to import
