- Sign in to phemex.com on a desktop browser
- Hover over 'Assets' or 'Orders' at the top and choose 'Spot Order History' (or 'Contract Order History' for derivatives)
- Click the 'Export' button near the top of the history table
- Choose the date range (Phemex typically allows up to 3 months per export) and pick 'CSV' as the format
- Pass 2FA or email verification if required
- Once the export is ready, download it from the export center or email link and save the CSV to your device or iCloud Drive
- Open Coinlio, tap 'Browse Files', and import the Phemex CSV
